Art Camp Frequently Asked Questions:

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Answer: Cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to camp for a full refund by emailing us your child’s name, phone number, and camp session to info@createmixandmingle.com. Camp can be rescheduled one week prior with a free transfer to another available week, space permitting. 

Camp fees are nonrefundable for sessions missed without notice, and camp fees are non-transferable to other Create Mix and Mingle events.


What is your COVID Policy?

Answer:  If we have an outbreak of COVID due to kids participating without masks, we do not offer a refund if you choose to take your child out of camp. 


Do you provide single days during weekl-ong camps? 

Answer: We no longer provide single days within week-long camps. Participants are required to purchase the entire week of camp.    Email info@createmixandmingle.com and include the child's name, the week of camp they are registered for, and the dates that will be missed. Participants can use those missed camp days as credits for future single-day camps.

Create Mix and Mingle may also reach out to participants with credits during weeks of low registrations. 


Can I pick up my child early or drop off late? 

Answer: Yes, if you intend to pick up your child early or drop off late, please send an email to info@createmixandmingle.com, including your child's name, the date, and time they will be picked up early. 


Should I call the studio if my plans change? 

Answer: Do not call, Please send an email to info@createmixmingle.com with the details, and we will get back to you.
