So we can better serve you – we are no longer accommodating 1-day registrations and bookings within the weekly Kids Camps (5–Days). Students are now required to register for the 5-day weekly sessions of Kids Camps.

Create Mix & Mingle does not provide refunds of Kids Camp classes and fees paid due to COVID, flu, or other illnesses. We recommend packing an extra face mask with your child’s lunch.

Cancellations may be made up to 30-days before scheduled dates. Kids Camps can now be rescheduled one week (7-days) in advance to another available week, space permitting.

Note: Coupon codes must be applied at the time of registration. We are unable to apply discount codes after your registration is complete.

If you choose to cancel and re-register in order to use a discount code, please be aware that a $25 processing fee per registration will apply.

To avoid this fee, we recommend checking our text messages or promotional emails for any current discount codes before completing your registration.

Note:  Kids Camps and fees paid are non-refundable for sessions missed without notice. Kids Camps sessions are non-transferrable to other sessions or students.

Terms & Conditions of Service

By registering for our camp programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment

• Full payment must be received to secure your child’s spot.

• Spaces are limited, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Any Remaining balances must be paid before the first day of camp.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made [30] days or more before the camp start date may receive a refund minus a processing fee & adminstration. $25.00

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [30] days of camp start.

• No refunds or credits will be given for missed days, illness, vacations, or early withdrawals. Exceptions can be made in writing for unforeseen circumstances.

Camp Changes

• We reserve the right to modify schedules, instructors, activities, or locations when necessary.

• If a camp is canceled by us, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information.

• Sick children should remain home for the safety of all participants.

• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from normal camp activities, except where required by law.

Behavior Expectations

• Respectful behavior is expected from all campers.

• We reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others without refund.

Photo & Media Release

• Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant permission for photos/videos taken during camp to be used for promotional and marketing purposes. Opt out is available at registration.

Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Marketing & SMS Opt-In

By registering for camp, you agree to receive SMS messages and emails regarding camp information, updates, marketing, promotions, and future program offerings. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to text messages.
